Candidates must meet each essential qualification to be appointed to the position. A candidate may be appointed to the position even though he/she does not meet any or all of the asset qualifications, operational requirements or organizational needs. However, meeting these criteria is desirable and may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. In the event that there are as many candidates who meet the essential qualifications as there are vacancies, the manager may decide not to assess some or all of the asset qualifications, operational requirements or organizational needs.

1. Read the job advertisement in full! Important information on the process and our requirements have been provided to help you succeed.
2. Answer the screening and text questions honestly and thoroughly. Be sure to read the instructions before responding.

Provide CONCRETE, SPECIFIC EXAMPLES of actions that speak directly to the experience sought in the screening questions.
4. Your answers to the questions should not refer us to your résumé. Your résumé may only be used as a source of validation of the information provided.
5. Provide accurate contact information (email and phone) in your application.
*Failure to follow these instructions may result in your application being rejected*
