For this selection process, our intention is to communicate with applicants by e-mail for screening/assessment purposes (including issuing screening results, and sending invitations for written tests and interviews). Testing/interviews will be conducted at locations of the employer's choice and may require candidates to travel to the test/interview location, Neguac, N.B.
Please note that candidates (including persons employed in the Public Service) will not be considered to be in travel status or on government business and travel costs will not be reimbursed. Consequently, candidates will be responsible for travel costs.
The immediate need is to staff one position for a one year term.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff similar temporary and/or permanent positions.
Should a CM be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to another category for the member.
Should a PS be found qualified and selected for appointment, notification regarding the PS appointment will be posted accordingly on www.jobs.gc.ca .

Your résumé.
A covering letter in 5,000 words (maximum)
Successful completion of two years of secondary school or employer- approved alternatives.
Experience providing service to internal or external clients / general public, via telephone, in writing or in person
Experience in using spreadsheet and word processing software
Experience in coordinating administrative activities such as: meetings and taking minutes, teleconferences, videoconferences, scheduling travel arrangements, incoming and outgoing correspondence, data entry, filing, editing and verifying correspondence or reports
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in drafting correspondence, reports, etc
Experience with information management systems (financial, human resources management, etc.)
Experience maintaining and updating a Human Resources Management Information System (e.g. HRMIS, PeopleSoft).
Experience preparing documents such as letters, memoranda, briefing notes or reports.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBC/BBC)

Ability to schedule work priorities to meet established deadlines
Willing and able to work overtime
Willing and able to travel
Willingness and ability to possess and maintain a valid driver's license or mobility, usually associated with having a driver's license
Reliability Status security clearance - of the RCMP.
