In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

You must have a minimum of a Canadian secondary school (high school) diploma. If your education was obtained outside Canada, you must get an equivalency assessment. Contact the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials to find out which organizations across Canada perform these assessments (www.cicic.ca).

If you are successful through the initial screening process, your education information will be used to determine the next step of your application.

**Bilingual non-imperative is defined as a staffing procedure for a bilingual position allowing the consideration of applicants who meet all essential qualifications except for the requisite language skills.
