The screening board committee will use the screening questions for the screening phase (assessment of essential and asset education and experience). Duties for PM-03 include, but are not limited to:
• Analyze applications, documents and any information provided by clients and ensure all requirements are met
• Verify discrepancies and missing information and contact clients to ensure gaps are addressed
• Prepare reports and justify all eligibility decisions
• Provide recommendations to management regarding the eligibility of the productions
ANTICIPATORY- A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established through this process in order to fill identical or similar positions with various tenures (acting, term, assignment, secondment, deployment, indeterminate) within the Department of Canadian Heritage

Education:
Graduation with a diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution OR an acceptable combination of education and work experience.*
*Acceptable combination is defined as:
1) a minimum of a high school diploma; AND
2) minimum of two years of work experience in a field relevant to the position such as funding program administration, accounting and financial analysis or film and television production.
Experience:
EX1 Experience providing recommendations to management in the application and interpretation of policies and procedures.
EX2 Experience in assessing financial reports, budgets or legal agreements or contracts.
EX3 Experience in providing service to clients.
Various language requirements
Bilingual imperative (BBB/BBB), French or English Essential
