PSPC helps the Government of Canada serve Canadians. WHO WE ARE
The Maintenance Support Services team has over 50 years of experience in the construction, history and structural composition of federal buildings. We provide clients with the highest standards of quality and workmanship to projects of various scope and complexity. Our focus is in specialized trades areas such as heritage masonry, iron work, carpentry, low voltage electricity and Government of Canada signage.
A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions with various language requirements, security requirements and tenures.

Education
Post-secondary education related to heritage stone masonry or a combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experiences
Significant* experience in the repair and restoration of heritage and non-heritage stone buildings and structures;
*Significant experience is defined as a minimum of 10 years.
Experience in supervising a minimum of 8 employees.
Experience evaluating the condition of heritage buildings or structures;
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

Knowledge of contracts and tendering processes.
