2 - Title of the position occupied; and
3 - Specific details of tasks or projects demonstrating how the experience was acquired and concrete examples.

FAILURE TO CLEARLY DEMONSTRATE IN THE SCREENING QUESTIONS HOW YOU MEET THE SCREENING CRITERIA (Education and Experience, essential) WILL RESULT IN THE REJECTION OF YOUR APPLICATION.
The Competency “Communication - Written” will be assessed through the screening questions; this evaluation will lead to a mark of “pass” or “fail” on this qualification.

The intent of this process is to staff three (3) positions in Edmonton, Alberta. A qualified pool of candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions on an indeterminate, term, casual or acting basis.
Should a CM be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to another category for the member.
Should a Public Service (PS) employee be found qualified and selected for appointment, notification regarding the PS appointment will be posted accordingly on www.jobs.gc.ca.

Your résumé.
A secondary School Diploma or employer-approved alternative.
Experience in a work environment using a computer with a software suite, i.e. MS Office, including but not limited to word processing and spreadsheet software.
Experience in analyzing information, data or reports.
Experience applying the Criminal Code, such as Part VI pertaining to the interception of telecommunications.
Experience working as an Intercept Monitor Analyst using the Central Communication Intercept System (CenCIS).
Experience working on a RCMP project where the safety of a person or a matter of national security has been identified.

Ability to type/keyboard at 40 net w.p.m. with less than 5% error rate.*
*A Certified Typing Test is required in order to meet the essential qualification, “ability to type/keyboard at 40 net w.p.m. with less than 5% error rate.” The Certified Typing Test must be valid within the last twelve (12) months. Providing an online test is not valid. The Certified Typing Test result letter must include the letterhead of the institution with the address and show the number of errors along with typing speed.
