Intent of the process

A pool of qualified candidates may be established and used to staff similar permanent and/or temporary vacancies with various tenures in ISC Vancouver (BC).

Pool could be used for acting appointments under exceptional circumstances to protect employee’s indeterminate status.

EDUCATION:
The minimum standard is:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience as it relates to the position being staffed.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
*Recent experience in the use of electronic document and record management systems, such as GCdocs, RDIMS or SharePoint, to manage electronic documents, paper documents and records, including lifecycle planning.

(*Recent experience is defined as experience acquired within the last three years.)

Experience in reviewing a business process or system with a goal of introducing improvements and/or efficiencies.

Experience providing solutions to meet business requirements.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Completion of a minimum of three (3) courses as part of a Business Analyst Certification program.

Degree equivalency

Experience in providing contributions for the creation of, or maintenance of a process manual.

Experience in using advanced functions in Microsoft Excel, such as formulas, macros, charts and pivot tables.

Experience in applying generally-accepted business analysis techniques.

Experience in applying generally-accepted project management techniques.
