Intent of the process

This is an anticipatory process that will be used to create a pool of fully or partially qualified candidates to fill future vacancies with various tenures.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing services to clients, in person, in writing and by telephone;
Experience using Microsoft Office - Word and Excel;
At least six (6) months cumulative experience performing general administrative or clerical duties in an office environment, such as drafting correspondence, data entry, responding to inquiries, maintaining files, ordering office supplies, photocopying, managing agendas, scheduling and organizing meetings/teleconferences, answering phones, etc.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

EDUCATION
A diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Human Resources.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing support services in Human Resources;
Experience using a Human Resource Management System such as PeopleSoft.
