Assessment accommodation

Duties

The position serves as the primary gateway for enabling in-person client access to government services, entitlements and benefits and facilitates first point of contact resolution. Performs a triage function to respond to citizens’ needs and finalizes the intervention sought, assists in path finding or where required refers to a more appropriate authority to support the department and its partners’ service offerings in the spirit of the service culture.

Intent of the process

This process will ONLY be used to staff positions in the location listed. Applicants are encouraged to apply only if they are willing and able to work in or relocate to Dawson Creek, BC.

Please note that within the context of this selection process, travel costs or travel expenses will not be reimbursed for the staffing of an acting, assignment or secondment.
