STUDIES:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
* SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCES:
1. Management experience in the area of service delivery.
2. Experience in planning, developing or implementing programs.
3. Experience managing budgets in a federal organization
4. Experience in formulating advice and recommendations in a variety of forms
at a Committee or at a higher level.
5. Experience in supervising
6. Experience in human resources management in staffing, Labour relation, Classification or Compensation
**ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCES:
Depending on the sector for which you are applying, the following experience may be required:
7. Experience in the field of food services.
8. Experience in the field of hosting services.
9. Experience in the field of administrative services.
10. Experience in a the field related to the position to be staffed. (Could be evaluated later).

QUALIFICATIONS (ASSETS)
STUDIES:
. Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in management or administration.
. Master's degree from a recognized university in administration.
KNOWLEDGE:
. Knowledge of laws, regulations, directives or policies regarding the position to be filled
. Knowledge of civil and military grievance management
. Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of conflict management.
