If a candidate is selected for an interview, however they do not achieve the required pass mark, they will remain in the inventory and there is a 9 month waiting period before they can be re-evaluated in this selection process.
The inventory will be updated every 120 days. You will receive a notice in your applicant account 7 days before the end of your active period to determine whether or not you wish to keep being considered for an additional 120 days.
ANTICIPATORY STAFFING
A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established through this process and will be used to staff identical or similar positions with various language and/or security requirements across Canada. All federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act may use this selection process to appoint a candidate to its organization in an identical or similar position. These positions may be staffed on an indeterminate (appointment or deployment) or temporary basis (term, acting, assignment or secondment).

***IMPORTANT*** In addition to the essential and asset education and experience criteria screening questions, the ability to communicate effectively in writing and the demonstrating integrity and respect competency will also be evaluated at the time of application. We are aware that there are a lot of questions to answer, but these will eliminate the need for a written exam and improve the overall selection process efficiency. EDUCATION:
• A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in warehouse operations
• Experience using an integrated financial and stock/inventory control system
• Experience in quality control and producing reports
COMPETENCIES:
• Demonstrating integrity and respect
ABILITIES:
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing
ASSETS QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience using SAP-EAM integrated system for material management
• Experience in Asset Disposals
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training certificate
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be willing and able to travel to various locations throughout Canada.
• Must be willing and able to wear and/or utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) in compliance with safety regulations.
• Must be willing and able to work in varying environmental conditions, weather conditions and with various hazardous materials.
