The intent of this appointment process is to establish a fully assessed pool of qualified candidates. The immediate use of the pool will be to staff one (1) position in Kingston. However, the results of this process may be used to staff similar or identical positions for future vacancies of various tenures at Public Services and Procurement Canada in the Ontario Region.

Experience in using office software, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in using an office e-mail system, such as MS Outlook
Experience in providing administrative support services
Experience providing support in procurement activities
Willing and able to travel
Bilingual - Imperative (BBC/BBC)
