Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program with acceptable specialization in social science, statistics, library/archival work, or a law-related field OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Experience identifying, monitoring, integrating and reporting information and data on relevant trends, issues and developments.
Significant* and recent** experience working in an Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT) enabled environment.
Experience leading a multidisciplinary team.
Experience producing, editing and analyzing scheduled and ad-hoc statistical reports.
Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) to search and extract information from databases.
Significant* and recent** experience with meeting business needs using Oracle, programming with MS Access, MS Excel and data management with Cognos BI tools.
*Significant is defined as the breadth and depth of experience normally acquired with the performance of duties in the workplace during a period of one (1) year or more.
**Recent is defined as having performed the duties within the last five (5) years.

ASSESSEMENT INFORMATION
You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed.
