Your résumé.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Mechanical or Building Engineering or some other engineering speciality relevant to the duties of the position.
Significant experience* in modeling/simulation of Heating, Cooling, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment or systems for commercial and institutional buildings;
Significant experience* in the appraisal of energy efficiency measures for commercial and institutional buildings;
Experience in writing project reports.
*Significant experience is defined as of more than 5 years of work experience.

Knowledge of energy evaluation software for buildings: eQUEST or Open Studio/ EnergyPlus or TRNSYS or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing;
Ability to communicate effectively orally;

Creativity in problem resolution.
Graduation with a Master's Degree in applied science from a recognized post-secondary institution in the field of HVAC systems, energy efficiency for buildings, or energy simulations for buildings;
