This advertised process is ANTICIPATORY and a pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established to staff similar or identical positions at Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) and Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) with various linguistic profiles (English essential, French or English Essential, BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC, CCC/CCC) and/or requirement as well as tenures (indeterminate, deployment, acting, specified period, assignment, secondment) and/or the security clearance (reliability or secret), which may vary according to the position being staffed.

EDUCATION:
• A secondary school diploma.
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in the provision of client services.
• Experience in accounting operations (e.g., accounts receivables, accounts payables).
• Experience in using a financial system.
EDUCATION:
• Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary program with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics; OR possession of the Government of Canada Financial Management certificate.
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in using the SAP financial system.
• Experience in federal government accounting processes.

• Knowledge of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) and related regulations.
• Knowledge of accounting entries and payment process.
