Staff one (1) position in Moncton, NB for a period of 6 months with possibility of extension.
A pool of partially qualified may be established and could be used to staff similar position with various bilingual linguistic profiles (bilingual imperative) and various security requirement (reliability or secret) within the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada in Moncton, N.B. These positions may be staffed on a permanent or temporary basis.

EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
Experience writing, editing and proofreading English or French texts.
Experience in analyzing and summarizing complex information from various sources.
Experience conducting research and analysis to develop briefing materials.
Experience in consulting multidisciplinary subject-matter experts for the development of briefing materials.
Experience in providing strategic advice to internal clients including senior management (Director level).
EXPERIENCE (ASSETS)
Experience using an electronic information management system such as Electronic Knowledge Management Environment (EKME).
Experience working in a Correspondence Unit.
Experience in writing correspondence or briefing materials for a Minister or senior management (Director level or above).
Experience establishing good networking relations with offices of senior management (Director level and above) and counterparts.
Bilingual - Imperative (CCC/CCC)
