A secondary school diploma* or employer-approved alternatives
*A secondary school diploma is completion of high school, according to provincial/territorial standards

Degree equivalency

Experience using conflict management principles

Experience addressing concerns and providing advice

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Experience in providing workplace informal conflict management services (such as conflict analysis, conflict coaching, facilitation, mediation, and group interventions)

Experience organizing, preparing and facilitating meetings

Experience with the Cadet Training Program

The successful applicant will have to obtain an RCMP security clearance. The process also requires a Security/Reliability Interview, a field investigation in matters of credit/finances, education, employment, references, etc.

Must be willing and able to relocate and/or work in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Preference

Preference will be given to veterans and to Canadian citizens, in that order, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
