Under the supervision of the Manager, Returns Administration, the Regulatory Information Administrator provides support for filers on technical issues and works with a team to support data collection for the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions.

EDUCATION:
- Successful completion of two years post-secondary education or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience*

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
- Recent** and significant*** experience in processing and loading information to databases
- Recent** and significant*** experience extracting, manipulating and compiling information using various spreadsheets and databases applications
- Experience in providing information to clients concerning compliance with various directives, legislation and procedures
- Experience in the quality control review of data and/or documentation

** “Recent” is defined as having been acquired in the last 5 years
*** “Significant” is defined as the breadth and depth of experience which is normally acquired with having directly performed the duties for a minimum of 2 years

As a Separate Agency, the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) appoints employees in accordance with the Public Service Employment Act (PSEA). OSFI is named in Schedule V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) and it offers the same pension and benefits plans as the core Federal Public Service. In addition to this, OSFI employees obtain a minimum of 4 weeks of vacation leave per year, earn a competitive salary, and are eligible for an annual performance bonus.
