Your résumé.
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives
One hundred and fifty (150) hours of training in conflict management applicable to a workplace setting, which must include completion of an advanced program in mediation
(In your application, please include the course provider, the course title, the date of completion and the number of hours of training)
Significant experience* in providing workplace informal conflict management services (such as conflict analysis, conflict coaching, facilitation, mediation, and group interventions)
*Note: Significant experience is understood to mean the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of various, complex related Informal Conflict management activities for minimum of 24 months
Experience in delivering training
Experience in providing strategic advice to managers on matters related to effective workplace conflict prevention
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with an acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, educational sciences, social sciences, sociology, or any other field relevant to the work to be performed
Employees may be required to travel
Employee may be required to work overtime on short notice

The successful applicant will have to obtain an RCMP security clearance. The process also requires a Security/Reliability Interview, a field investigation in matters of credit/finances, education, employment, references, etc.
Must be willing and able to relocate and/or work in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Preference will be given to veterans and to Canadian citizens, in that order, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
