A Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
Experience
- Experience in the operation of aviation fuel storage and/or dispensing facilities
- Experience in the maintenance of aviation fuel storage and/or dispensing facilities
- Experience working with federal fuel storage tank regulations
ASSET QUALIFICAITONS:
Occupational Certification:
- Qualified 4th Class Power Engineer or Petroleum Mechanics Certificate
- Military Water Fuels and Environmental Technician QL5 Level, or an acceptable combination of training and experience.
- Military Supply Technician QL5 Level, or an acceptable combination of training and experience.
- Mobile Support Equipment Operator QL5 Level, or an acceptable combination of training and experience.
Experience
- Experience operating in a refueling section of a fuel farm
- Experience with storage, sampling, management, handling and distribution of Aviation Petroleum, Oils and Lubricants
- Experience using Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS)

Secret security clearance - Conditions of Employment:
- Successful completion of Fuel Facility Operator’s Course, Fuel Facility Managers course, and other employer directed training
- Work in an environment of extreme weather conditions (heat & cold).
- Possession of a valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License.
- Willing and able to work in confined spaces and at heights
