The immediate need is to staff one indeterminate position.
A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions at Natural Resources Canada or in the Public Service with various tenures (determinate period or indeterminate), various linguistic requirements, various security requirements, various conditions of employment and for various locations.

Education
- A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experiences
- 5 years experience, in a Real Property context, in one or a combination of these fields:
• Investment analysis, financial analysis, and risk assessment
• Real property portfolio planning and management
• Asset management
• Leasing, acquisition, and disposal
- Experience developing and delivering presentations and briefings to senior management*.
- Experience providing strategic advice and recommendations to members of senior management*.
- Experience in negotiating horizontal agreements with other stakeholders, government departments or other external organizations to deliver and improve on joint programs and services.
- Experience in the management of human and financial resources.
*Senior management is defined as Director level or above.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field relevant to the position, or an acceptable combination of education and experience with either a real estate designation or enrollment in a real estate designation program.
Various language requirements
The linguistic profile of the position to be staffed is bilingual imperative CBC/CBC, however Bilingual non imperative CBC/CBC may be considered if no qualified candidates meet the linguistic profile.
