Please note that within the context of this selection process, travel costs or travel expenses will not be reimbursed for the staffing of an acting, assignment or secondment.
Candidates from outside the public service may be required to pay for their own travel for various assessment phases.
The position serves as the primary gateway for enabling in-person client access to government services, entitlements and benefits and facilitates first point of contact resolution. Performs a triage function to respond to citizens’ needs and finalizes the intervention sought, assists in path finding or where required refers to a more appropriate authority to support the department and its partners’ service offerings in the spirit of the service culture.

Successful completion of two (2) years post-secondary education from a recognized educational institution (e.g. community college, CEGEP, university)
Experience in working with client segments including any of the following: Aboriginal people, youth, seniors, newcomers, persons with disabilities

Willing to travel to small remote communities

Applicants in the advertised process must meet the Essential Qualifications to be appointed to a position.
You must clearly indicate, in writing, by citing specific examples, how you meet the essential qualification for the experience, otherwise your application will be rejected.

The minimum language requirement for bilingual positions is Bilingual imperative -
Level: CBC/CBC, meaning that you must be fluently bilingual in English AND French
(reading, writing and oral) upon being hired.
