EDUCATION
Successful completion of a secondary School diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION
Journeyman with a trade certificate
EXPERIENCE
Significant* experience in machine shop trades (welding, machinist, diesel/industrial mechanics, millwright or shipwright trades).
*Significant is normally associated with 5 years of experience.
OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION
Possession of an IP (interprovincial) Red Seal certificate.
EXPERIENCE
Experience supervising a team of tradespeople (welding or machinists).
Experience in delivering training programs.
Various language requirements
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB), English Essential
