The immediate need is to staff two permanent full time positions.
A qualified group of candidates may be identified and may be used to staff future vacancies (including similar positions, on a temporary or permanent basis, on a casual basis, at full or part time hours) for Yukon Headquarters in Whitehorse (M Division).
Should a CM be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to another category for the member.

EDUCATION:
Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience performing general clerical duties including records management (electronic and paper) and typing.
Experience using word processing software, such as MS Word for Windows.
Experience providing assistance to the general public and clients.
Experience in maintaining a database.
Experience in using the PROS (Police Reporting Occurrence System) database.
Experience working in a Records Management Unit.
Experience in providing operational or administrative support in a policing environment
English essential
