This process will be used to staff the above mentioned position; it may also be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates to staff similar positions at the Office of the Registrar of Supreme Court of Canada with varying language requirements, security profiles, and tenures.

Education:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
Experience in performing various administrative duties such as filing, word processing and preparing various documents such as correspondence, memos and reports.
Experience in using Word and Excel.
Experience in data entry.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Experience working in a legal, judicial or quasi-judicial environment.
Experience in producing statistical reports.
Experience in records or information management.
Experience in using MS Access.
