Education :

A secondary school diploma

Degree equivalency

Experience :

Significant* experience in developing designs in order to capture and translate business requirements into applications, interfaces or work tools.

Significant* and recent** experience in the development of comprehensive documentation such as user manuals, technical manual or training material.

Significant* and recent** experience in complex SQL (Structured Query Language) techniques.

Significant* and recent** experience in VBA, VBS, and XML languages.

*Significant experience refers to the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of various, complex related activities as the MAIN function.
** "Recent" is defined as acquired within the last five (5) years.

Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

Information on language requirements

Knowledge :

- Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) techniques;

- Knowledge of VBA, VBS or XML languages.

Ability :

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to communicate effectively orally.

- Ability to communicate effectively in writing.

- Effective interpersonal skills;

Education:
- Successful completion of a post-secondary program with specialization in Computer Sciences and/or Information Technology

Degree equivalency

Experience:
- Experience using IBM Cognos 8 and up to create or validate reports

- Experience in programming using one or more of the following languages: VB.NET, JavaScript

- Experience creating tables, databases, forms, macros and reports using MS Access

Operational Requirements :

- Ability and willingness to work overtime occasionally.
