EDUCATION :
A secondary school diploma
EXPERIENCE :
Experience in conducting background research and analysis in support of policy or program development or implementation;
Experience in drafting briefing notes and presenting briefing material based on background research;
Experience in financial management.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION :
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution;
Experience of project management in an international context
Various language requirements

KNOWLEDGE :
Knowledge of the process and phases of project management
Knowledge of the administrative policies of the Government of Canada related to project management, financial management or human resources.
ABILITIES :

Ability to use various database and software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to plan, organize and set priorities.
