Graduate Student - Research Affiliate Program

Duties

The student will assess antioxidants in protecting canola oil against oxidation during deep frying of potato processed products.

Work environment

The student will work at the food quality laboratory at the Lethbridge Research and Development Centre, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.
