For both positions, you must demonstrate that you have:
• Experience* in working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and achieve common goals.

• Experience* in leading or providing expert guidance to project teams and managers involved in analysing, developing and coordinating improvement strategies and initiatives for the department.

• Knowledge of current and emerging priorities, issues and challenges related to IM/IT and/or executive documents initiatives.

For the AS-05 Team Leader and Advisor, Operations position, you must demonstrate that you have:
• Experience* in liaising with management** to effectively manage and deliver on priorities.
• Experience* in managing human resources.
For the AS-04 Quality control analyst position, you must demonstrate that you have:
• Experience* in the formulation and implementation of plans and leading change initiatives.
• Experience* in the development and implementation of quality assurance tools, policies or procedures.
*Experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with full-time performance of duties for a minimum period of two (2) years.
**Management is defined as director-level and above.
Asset Qualifications for both positions:
• Experience working with a document management system (i.e. GCDOCS).
• Experience working with a docket tracking system (i.e. ccmEnterprise).
• Experience developing and facilitating group training activities.
• Experience working with senior officials***.
• Experience in collaborating and consulting with federal and provincial government departments and/or agencies.
***Senior officials is defined as working directly with employees of a Deputy Minister’s Office or a Minister’s Office.
Secret security clearance
For both positions :
• Willing and able to work overtime occasionally and on short notice
• Willing and able to work a set schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm

Preference will be given to veterans and to Canadian citizens, in that order, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
