The intent of this process is to staff two indeterminate positions. A pool of qualified candidates may be created and may be used to staff similar positions within various units and locations with the Department of National Defence.

Education:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university in management, business, or commerce.
Experience:
Experience conducting research, analyses of trends, or environmental scans in order to assess impact on strategic plans, business plans, or programs.
Experience reviewing and analyzing strategic plans or business plans.
Experience developing strategic plans or business plans.
Experience developing models, templates, processes, or procedures related to strategic planning or business planning.
Experience developing reports, presentations, or briefing notes for senior management regarding strategic plans or business plans.
Experience providing advice and support to stakeholders, clients, or senior management on strategic planning or business planning.
English essential
