Provide general administrative support for the internal and external clients of the Saskatoon Research and Development Centre. This may include: accounts payable, accounts receivable, other general finance, reception, shipping receiving, data entry, etc.

The advertised positions fall within the Integrated Services Management group in the Corporate Management Branch for the Department of Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada. The Corporate Management Branch (CMB) helps the Department achieve strategic outcomes and priorities while exercising sound stewardship of its resources. This ensures the Department can meet operational requirements and deliver quality programs and services to Canadians. This position is part of the group that provides integrated administrative and facilities management services in support of Departmental operations for Science and Technology Branch sites.
This process is to staff one(1) full time permanent position.
Although we are looking to fill one (1) position, in the event that more than one candidate is found qualified, a pool of qualified and partially qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff similar positions with various tenures within AAFC.

Experience working in MS Office.
Experience in providing administrative services such as but not limited to preparing correspondence, reports, or documents; providing information; maintaining electronic or hard copy records; or filing, processing mail, or reception.
Successful completion of post-secondary classes in accounting.

Experience using SAP in the Government of Canada.
