The student will assess antioxidants in protecting canola oil against oxidation during deep frying of potato processed products.
The student will work at the food quality laboratory at the Lethbridge Research and Development Centre, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.

Currently enrolled or willing to enroll in a Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD program in a recognized post-secondary academic institution with specialization in: biochemistry, food science or other specialization relevant to the position.
