EDUCATION - COMMON TO ALL STREAMS:
ED1. Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE - COMMON TO ALL STREAMS:
EX1. Significant* experience in providing organizational and job evaluation services for an array of occupations.
EX2. Significant* and recent** experience in providing strategic advice and guidance on organizational design and job evaluation issues to senior management (director level or above).
EX3. Experience in managing a team of human resources professionals.

*Significant: Defined as having the depth and breath of experience of approximately five years
** Recent: Within the last 5 years

ASSET KNOWLEDGE - COMMON TO ALL STREAMS:
AK1. Knowledge of job evaluations trends and initiatives in the public service.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
May be required to work overtime occasionally.
