ASSET QUALIFICATIONS - Experience:
• *Recent and significant experience working in an institutional, commercial or industrial food service environment (such as nursing homes, restaurants, bakeries, fast food, military mess facilities).
• Experience with cashier duties and/or operating a point of sale terminal.
• Experience working in a Mess Facility.
• Experience in supervising employees.
*Recent is defined as within the last 2 years and Significant is defined as approximately 6 months or longer.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• May be required to work shift work.
• May be required to work overtime.
• May be required to work weekends.
• May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 kg in accordance with general safety practices.
• Wear CSA approved safety footwear and other personal protective equipment as required.
