The intent of this process is to staff one GS-STS-04 position in Ottawa, Ontario, English essential, on a determinate basis, for one year.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions at Natural Resources Canada with various tenures (determinate period or indeterminate), for unilingual or bilingual positions with various linguistic profiles, various security requirements, various conditions of employment and for various locations.

Secondary school diploma
Experience providing shipping and receiving services.
Experience processing incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
Experience in receiving, storing and handling of toxic and hazardous chemical products.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience in using shipping and receiving system
In possession of a current Transportation of Dangerous Goods certificate
English essential
Information on language requirements
Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
Knowledge of safe materials handling techniques and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS).
