Intent of the process

The intent of this selection process is to fill one (1) position, on an indeterminate basis within the Corporate Support Services Division.

A pool of fully assessed candidates may be established to staff identical or similar positions within Statistics Canada with various language requirements (French Essential, English Essential, Bilingual imperative BBB/BBB). This position may be staffed for different tenure of employment (indeterminate, acting, term, assignment and secondment).

EDUCATION:

Graduation with a college diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in interior design, architectural engineering technology or architecture or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

EXP1. Experience in the fields of Interior Design OR Architecture.

EXP2. Experience producing final floor plans in AutoCAD.

EXP3. Experience in working in a customer service environment

Notwithstanding, please note that meeting these criteria may be desirable and may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed.
