Intent of the process

This process will be used to staff 1 term position and anticipatory positions.

This pool of qualified candidates may be used to staff similar positions with similar requirements.

Please note that this process will ONLY be used to staff positions in Halifax, Nova Scotia and/or Moncton, New Brunswick. Applicants are encouraged to apply ONLY if they are able to relocate to Halifax, Nova Scotia and/or Moncton, New Brunswick.

EXPERIENCE
Experience in the provision of general administrative support.

Experience using word processing and spreadsheet software.

Experience in coordination and administration of financial procedures (Could include: monthly variance reporting, spreadsheets, invoice reconciliation, initiating purchasing)
