Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
EXPERIENCE:
Significant* experience in setting the strategic direction for and leading the delivery of a complex** national program of diverse real property, corporate or internal services.
Significant* experience in providing strategic and operational briefings to senior management, including Assistant Deputy Minister level and above.
Experience in leading an organization through a period of significant change related to program or service delivery; client service orientation, or organizational design.
Significant* experience in managing human and financial resources.
Notes:
*Significant experience is understood to mean the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of various, complex related activities acquired over a minimum period of two (2) years.
**Complex program is normally defined as having at least two (2) of the following characteristics: is multidimensional, is of a confidential nature, affects multiple partners or stakeholders, creates a precedent or has a major impact on the Department or the public service, or potentially attracts wide media coverage.

EXPERIENCE:
Experience in developing and implementing strategies, policies, processes and standards in the field of Real Property Capital planning and economic or investment analysis.
Experience in leading significant change in complicated environments related to Capital Management.
Experience in consulting, negotiating and managing complex projects involving internal or external stakeholders with competing interests.
Experience in managing complex engineering projects and providing strategic advice and briefings to senior officials in matter of investment management.
