Assessment accommodation

Education:
Secondary School diploma or an acceptable* combination of education, training and/or experience
*The acceptable combination is defined as two (2) years of secondary school and one (1) year experience working in a client service environment.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
*Experience responding to inquiries from clients (i.e managers, employees or other types of clients) with respect to policies, procedures or processes.
* Experience in providing administrative support services such as planning and organizing meetings, including the coordination of agendas and background material, the set-up of teleconferences, videoconferences, workshops or special events;
* Experience in data entry.
