Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics OR eligibility for a recognized professional accounting designation (i.e., CPA, CA, CMA or CGA).
EX1: Experience in applying and interpreting policies, directives and/or financial procedures
EX2: Significant experience* in providing financial advice and interpretation of financial policies to management**
EX3: Significant experience* in providing financial analysis and reports
* Significant experience refers to the depth and breadth of experience associated tasks full time for a minimum of three (3) years.
