B.Sc. Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a major in Biochemistry; or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Experience carrying-out research activities on cereal microspores.
Experience measuring plant cell viability.
Experience with RNA extraction and quality measurement.
Experience with aseptic techniques in a high-throughput laboratory setting.
Experience in rearing plants in both growth cabinets and greenhouses.
