This inventory is for casual employment which is a temporary employment of 90 working days or less, in a calendar year.

EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or successful completion of a provincially / territorially approved secondary school equivalency tests, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
Experience cleaning in either commercial, multi residential or institutional environment.
Experience using and maintaining mechanical equipment.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of janitorial supplies, their use, as well as handling and storage.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment.
Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and practices.

Experience in operation of various motorized commercial housekeeping and janitorial equipment such as automatic floor scrubbing machines, carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment, floor buffers or burnishers.
