A pool of partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions within the Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada. The pool can be used to staff positions with various linguistic requirements and various security requirements. Staffing of the position in Moncton NB is anticipatory.

Education:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
Experience:
Experience in providing real property and facilities management advice and support to Clients.
Experience in managing small (less than $50K) real property and facilities management contracts.
Experience in monitoring compliance with Acts and Regulations pertaining to real property assets.
Various language requirements

Information on language requirements
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the Real Property Services Branch.
Knowledge of Acts and Regulations pertaining to Real Property assets and facilities.
Knowledge of Federal Government Contracts Regulations.
Competencies:
Client Service Competency Level 1: Delivers high-quality client service
Demonstrating integrity and respect
Showing initiative and being action-oriented
Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively orally.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
Ability to examine and understand technical documents.
Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team of technical experts, contractors and other stakeholders on small real property projects (less than $50K).
Asset Qualifications:
Experience using a financial management system such as, but not limited to, SIGMA, SAP, Oracle, etc.
Experience in providing asset management services for civil engineering assets.
Knowledge of departmental Building Management Plan (BMP) and Asset Management Plan (AMP) processes; or other similar real property asset management and budgetary planning systems.
Reliability Status security clearance
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
