Imagine you have a great business idea. It could really take off. You just need a little help. You find a few government programs, but they all sound like the same thing. It’s too complicated. Forget it.
Help change the story.
Every year governments fund hundreds of businesses, offer them experts and facilities. But if businesses can’t find the right programs, they can’t take advantage of them. We’re changing that, through a really smart digital platform and a network of Innovation Advisors across the country.
Canada is in an innovation race, and your job could be to give Canadian entrepreneurs the leg up.
As the Regional Manager for service delivery to business, you’d be “face” of government to business and a key liaison to our partners. You’ll need to be constantly thinking about how we can connect and improve the programs and services we offer them. You’ll need to have a strategic approach to fostering client-centred service to business, and you’ll need to be the kind of person who can work the room and spread the word about everything government can do to help entrepreneurs scale up, grow and create the jobs of the future.
You have grit. You get things done. You make things happen. Sound like you? Then we think you’d make a great addition to the Innovation Canada team.
As the Regional Manager, your main job will be to build the right networks and the right strategies, and lead your regional team of Innovation Advisors to help the most promising Canadian firms to innovate and grow.
