The intent of this process is to establish a pool of qualified candidates inclusive of Public Service (PS) employees and Civilian Members (CM).
Should a CM be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to another category for the member.

Your résumé.
A degree in a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
Experience researching, analyzing and preparing reports and components of briefings or presentations
Minimum of two years’ experience in the area of web design, development, and communications supported by references and a portfolio
Experience in website development and content management including web technologies, HTML, XML, content management systems and relevant software such as Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience designing, planning, implementing, and managing internal/external websites that includes coordinating with clients to discuss the purpose of web page/site, creating/gathering/organizing content, designing/editing graphic elements, ensuring corporate compliance
Experience creating and manipulating graphics such as images, maps and diagrams
Experience creating and implementing protocols, guidelines and policies
Experience writing, developing, and editing corporate pieces such as web content, annual reports, presentations, letters, articles, communiques, and other business documents
Experience capturing, editing, and producing video for use on websites and/or social media

The successful candidate will be required to provide original documentation of proof of Canadian Citizenship prior to appointment. Other candidates may also be asked to provide this documentation at various stages in the selection process. The following documents will be accepted as proof: Provincial or territorial birth certificate; Naturalization certificates (issued prior to Jan. 1, 1947); Registration of Birth Abroad certificates (issued between Jan. 1, 1947 and Feb. 14, 1977); Certificates of Retention; Citizenship certificates.

You may be assessed using one or more of the following tools: standardized tests, written exams, interview, simulation exercise, reference check, and other assessment tools.

Must be willing and able to relocate to Regina, Saskatchewan.
Preference will be given to veterans and to Canadian citizens, in that order, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
