This process will be used to create a pool of candidates which could be used to staff PG-05 positions within various Federal organizations across Canada.

Here's the profile sought for this position:
- Graduation with a diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
A minimum of five (5) years' experience leading complex* activities in ONE of the following fields: supply chain management, procurement assessment and planning, contracting management OR legal procurement agreements.
A minimum of five (5) years' experience in conducting analysis and providing strategic advice on procurement issues.
A minimum of five (5) years' experience negotiating with multiple stakeholders (i.e. vendors, legal counsel, or clients).

*Complex could be defined as having at least two (2) of the following attributes: high-profile, multi-stakeholder, high dollar value ($2M or more), multi-year, multi-phased.
