A qualified pool of candidates may be established from this process to staff identical or similar positions within the Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada in Edmonton, Winnipeg or Regina with various tenures (Indeterminate, Acting, Term, Deployment, Assignment, Secondment).

A secondary school diploma or acceptable experience and/or training in a field relevant to position.
Experience:
STREAM 1
EX1. *Recent experience in one or more of the following fields: real property planning (i.e. relocation, renovation, construction, space optimization), workplace strategy development, leasing or lease management, portfolio management and planning, project management in real estate, real estate services;
EX2. Experience working on multi-disciplinary teams, working group or committee;
EX3. Experience providing advice and making recommendations to clients or management in areas relevant to the position.
*Recent is defined as within the last five years
STREAM 2
EX4. *Recent and **significant experience in one or more of the following fields: real property planning (i.e. relocation, renovation, construction, space optimization), workplace strategy development, leasing or lease management, portfolio management and planning, project management in real estate, real estate services;
EX5. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, working group or committee;
EX6. Experience providing advice and making recommendations to clients or management in areas relevant to the position;
EX7. **Significant experience preparing business cases or investment analysis reports.
*Recent is defined as within the last five years
**Significant is defined as one consecutive year
Education:

A/ED1. Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
A/ED2. Professional certification for a recognized professional designation in the area of Project Management or Real Property

Operational Requirements:

From this process, your application may be considered for either the AS04 or AS05 based on assessment results
If found qualified at the AS05 level you will be placed in the AS04 pool.
For current Public Servants, actings, secondments or deployment may be considered
A pool may be created.
There is a 180 day waiting period before you can reapply if eliminated from the inventory. Your application will not be reconsidered until the waiting period has elapsed. Competencies may not be reassessed.
Preference will be given to veterans and to Canadian citizens, in that order.
