The provision of expert HR management advice and guidance and the delivery of operational services to an assigned client portfolio; the provision includes the resolution of complex, difficult and sensitive HR management issues, topics and cases in one of the HR management disciplines.
Delivers expert HR management operational services with full departmental or agency delegation in one HR discipline (when applicable as not all HR disciplines have a delegation); analyses and processes requests, resolves contentious and complex situations, issues and cases, and develops justifications in support of actions taken.
Writes correspondence, reports, case studies, précis and summaries pertaining to the activities undertaken, or in support of recommendations referred for decision to supervisors or higher management.
Develops content for and delivers information sessions and presentations in the assigned HR discipline to managers and employees.
The RCMP “C” Division is seeking highly motivated individuals who have an interest in Canada’s law enforcement mandate, who demonstrate integrity, are action-oriented and have the ability to effectively work in a team. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to resolution of staffing files, especially a significant number of internal /external advertised processes of various groups and levels related to the support of policing work. The majority of the staffing subdelegated managers are Regular Members (police officers), consequently, we are looking for candidates who care about personalized customer service and the desire to inform and advise managers about the Public Service Employment Act and the Public Service Staffing Processes.

Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
