Intent of the process

A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions at Natural Resources Canada with various tenures (determinate period or indeterminate), various language requirements (English Essential and Bilingual) and profile(s) (BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC, CCC/CCC, etc.), various security requirements (reliability or secret), various conditions of employment and for various locations.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Significant* experience providing administrative services, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, organizing logistics for events or meetings, preparing minutes, following up on action items, making travel arrangements, processing travel claims.
Experience conducting background research, information collection and synthesizing administrative actions.
Experience in processing acquisitions of goods and services using different methods of procurement, including call ups against standing offers, purchase orders or commitments.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Outlook.

*Significant refers to the breadth, depth, complexity and diversity of tasks and the level of autonomy used.
