In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:
Post-secondary school diploma in the area of design, architecture or interior design OR Post-secondary school diploma with 2 years of experience in the past 5 years preparing office space fit-up plans and furniture or equipment design plans.

Degree equivalency

Expérience :
Recent experience delivering advice and guidance, in the area of building and facilities, to managers, internal and external clients for a minimum duration of 24 months over the past 5 years.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Education:
• A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in the area of design, architecture or interior design.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Recent* experience with demonstrated results of work on several simultaneous and/or complex projects (muti clients, partners and stakeholders).
Recent* experience completing layouts of office areas and furniture or equipment design plans.
At least one year of experience using the latest version of the computer-aided drawing software Autocad.

*Recent means 2 years of experience in the past 5 years.
